Thank you for your interest in the HIGGS Incubator Program!
In order to be eligible to apply for the Incubator Program, you must:
Individuals interested in creating an NPO, newly established NPOs (up to 2 years of
operation), or NPOs aiming to relaunch strategically and operationally.
Be an existing entity in the process of strategic redesign.
Be a Civil Non-Profit Company, Association, Social Cooperative Enterprise.
Be registered in Greece.
Business model integration (where applicable).
The organizations participating in the Incubator program are selected after submitting the application online. Our selection process is based on the following criteria:
Innovative idea, knowledge of the respective field and the problem the NPO aims to solve: 30%
We are looking for organizations that have done a good needs assessment and know their beneficiaries and have and their work has an innovative element or is differentiated when compared to similar initiatives.
Motivation of the Management Τeam: 25%
We positively evaluate the motivation of the team members as well as the correct appointment of roles.
Maturity of the idea, strategic planning: 20%
We are interested in organizations that have clearly defined their focus and goals and already have a plan for their funding.
The existence or the possibility of developing a sustainable business model (revenue stream) that supports the long-term operation and development of the organisation is assessed.
